Refunds and Returns Policy :

 

We will repair your product where possible and may need to order parts that are required to complete this. We will replace the product if necessary. Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be entitled to a refund or a replacement.

 

The decision to refund monies based on a change of mind is to be determined on a case-by- case basis. Refund or Store Credit less costs involved to recover the purchased Goods will be reimbursed to the customer within a reasonable time frame.

 

Once Gless Australia receives the returned product and finds that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment less the original shipping charge. A restocking and inspection fee may apply based on the value and size of the products as below:

1.       Product price less than $100 or 1 kg Full refund

2.        Product price $100- $500 or 5 kg, 5% of the original purchase price.

3.       Product price $500 to $1000 or 10 kg, 10% of the original purchase price

4.       Product price more than $1000 or 10 kg, 15% of the original purchase price

 Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be processed

 

Refunds will not be provided in instances where:

 

A customer has trail or use the product and   changed their mind about the purchase,

no longer requires the Goods or deems the Goods to be different in some way to the products listed on our website or on display in our stores.

If a customer purchases a product to recover a particular health concern and the product does not achieve this, the customer understands that it is not the responsibility of the Gless Australia to offer a refund or exchange. This is considered to be a change of mind.

 

Medical advice should be taken prior to purchase if customer suffers from existing health concerns.

 

Customers must comply with all instructions from Gless Australia to return the Goods.

 

 

 

In the event that the item/product purchased is deemed faulty the customer is required to report to Gless Australia Immediately.

 

The item may be checked by our Technician and based on that report the product will either be repaired or replaced.

If the item/product is deemed faulty due to misuse or mishandling there will be no refund or exchange.

 

Warranty Policy

 

All of our products comes with minimum 2 years warranty.

Our company warrants all our goods for the warranty period under normal usage, to be free from third party modification and material defects.

 

Our warranty terms state that we are to provide replacement parts, spare parts, to repair, or to entirely replace (at our discretion) any product or part, without charge to the customer.

 

The warranty that we provide does not cover the following:

 

Products purchased for use in commercial premises (please contact us to discuss your commercial warranty options).

Improper installation’

Unauthorised repairs

Improper use of electrical/power supply

Loss of power, electrical disturbances and power surges

Dropped product, including but not limited to remote controls

Loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair

Damage that occurs due to abuse, inappropriate placement or abnormal use.

Failure to follow operating instructions

Consequential or indirect loss.

Products that have been modified or those that have not been properly maintained.

Normal wear and tear on the product, including superficial blemishes.

Damage caused by events such as floods, fire, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions or accidents.

Softening/hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics. Natural markings and grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of leather are alike. Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.

 

Customers requesting a service in accordance with our warranty must assist with our requests to provide further details, proof of purchase, and investigation of the product by the customer, photos or videos if needed. This is so the provision of spare parts and/or repair and/or replacement solutions can be organised and carried out and we can provide a solution that is appropriate.

 

Gless Australia reserves the right to change the method by which they provide warranty service to you, and your product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the geographic location where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response times may vary according to your location. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product cannot be serviced in your location.

 

We will endeavour to provide replacement parts, to repair or to replace (at our discretion) any product under warranty within a reasonable time frame.

 

Customers requesting a service outside of the warranty period will be invoiced for labour and parts.

The warranty period begins on the date of receipt. Warranties cannot be transferred to another person or product.

This warranty covers household or domestic use and is not for commercial or public use or any other purposes

Due to frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable laws, we reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time technology and legal changes require. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for any such changes.

 

2. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS

We and any persons involved with the management of this website may make changes to the products described and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified. We make no representations about the suitability of this information; it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

 

3. PRODUCT PRICES

The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST, for the product itself but does not include postage/delivery charges which will depend on the destination.

We always seek to provide products at the most competitive prices, and because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice and we therefore reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.

Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product pricing. However if an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we maintain the right to refuse to accept further orders and to cancel any orders already placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card we shall immediately contact you regarding your requirements for the reimbursement of money paid.

We sell and deliver products ONLY WITHIN Australia.
